First and foremost MattressOnline.co.uk do not charge
you any delivery costs, every item on our website is
delivered FREE anywhere in the UK mainland.
With Mattress Online you not only benefit from great
prices and proactive customer service but we also deliver
the majority our mattresses within 24 hours and our
beds within 14 days at no additional cost. We keep a
lot of our products in stock and can offer next
day delivery on selected lines of mattresses, toppers
and pillows.
Please note as standard we only deliver free to the
UK mainland. At present we do not deliver to Northern
Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man or the Isle of
White.
24 Hour Next Day Delivery:
We have thousands of mattresses in stock at any one
time to offer you the widest choice of mattresses that
can be delivered to within 24 hours. If you place your
order with us before 4pm on any weekday we can deliver
your mattress by noon the following day. Alternatively
you may prefer to select a specific delivery day, when
choosing your mattress if the item is in stock you will
be offered the choice of a delivery day up to 3 weeks
in advance. Please note delivery is to the door unless
requested at point of order over the phone, if delivering
to a flat you may need to help carry the mattress to
the door of your flat. Please note that delivery to
your room is possible but will result in a delivery
delay as we use a specialist logistics company, this
must also be pre-arranged at the point of order.

Non Stock Items:
IMattressOnline also have a large selection of beds
and mattresses available for delivery within 2-3 weeks,
these include bedsteads, divans and mattresses. Where
possible you will receive a specific delivery day and
an AM or PM delivery window, booked with you personally
over the telephone to ensure you can be there to accept
delivery.
Please note deliveries to the following postcodes may
take a little longer, please allow an extra 14 days:
PA, FK, PH, KY, DD, AB, IV, KW.
All our prices include free shipping and handling within
mainland UK. There are no hidden costs, the price shown
is a delivered price to your door. Please note the majority
of our beds and mattresses will be delivered to the
room of your choice. Selected products will also include
free assembly and installation, please look out for
the icons below on our applicable products.
Saturday delivery is available on selected products,
this will be clearly detailed if available, an additional
cost of £25 is charged for Saturday deliveries,
please call for details.
Every effort is made to ensure that the product is delivered
on time. You will need someone at the delivery address
who will be able to take charge of the item ordered,
if you are out when the delivery arrives the courier
will leave a card through your door with a phone number
for you to re-arrange delivery directly. If you are
out we shall redeliver for free unless we have booked
a specific delivery day over the phone, a small redelivery
charge may then be applied.
All orders will be processed immediately. Delivery times
are subject to the item being in stock. You will be
notified immediately if we have any stock issues on
your order.
